研發(fā)創(chuàng)新

迪歐姆主起草制定了GB/T33156-2016《氣彈簧用精密焊接鋼管》和GB/T31315-2014《機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)用冷拔或冷軋精密焊接鋼管》兩項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，主起草制定的《汽車穩(wěn)定桿用冷拔或冷軋無縫鋼管》國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已經(jīng)送國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會(huì)報(bào)批，此三項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品填補(bǔ)了無國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的空白。公司主起草制定的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《摩托車減震器用精密無縫鋼管》已被工信部立項(xiàng)（計(jì)劃號(hào)：2016-1395T-YB），另外，公司擬起草制定《跑步機(jī)滾筒用冷拔焊接鋼管》國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。公司被認(rèn)定高新技術(shù)企業(yè)、企業(yè)技術(shù)中心、工程技術(shù)研究中心、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品,國(guó)家授權(quán)專利數(shù)十項(xiàng),各類體系認(rèn)證多項(xiàng)。公 司與鋼鐵研究總院合作，建立了“中高端焊管研發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地”，從而使公司成為了全國(guó)首家高科技、專業(yè)化中高端精密焊接鋼管研發(fā)、制造產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地，在全國(guó)率先 實(shí)現(xiàn)了改革傳統(tǒng)焊管生產(chǎn)工藝，轉(zhuǎn)變生產(chǎn)發(fā)展模式，實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)全過程高質(zhì)、高效、節(jié)能、減排，并逐步取代高成本、高能耗、高污染、生產(chǎn)周期長(zhǎng)、勞動(dòng)密集型的精 密無縫鋼管，公司始終堅(jiān)持“以人為本，制造低碳、放心的鋼管”為公司發(fā)展的永恒主題。
DOM Corporation drew up two national standards of GB/33156《Precision welded steel tubes for gas spring usage》and GB/T31315《 Precision cold drawn or cold rolled welded steel tubes for mechanical structure usage 》mainly, and has send Standard of《Cold drawn or cold rolled seamless steel tubes for automobile′s stable pole usage》to SAC for approval. which filling the gap of national standard in these 3 items.
MIIT has set up project for the industrial standard of 《Precision seamless steel tube for motorcycle shock absorber usage 》which mainly drew up by DOM Corporation, (Project No.:2016-1395T-YB).In addition, national standard of 《 Cold drawn welded tubes for roller of treadmill usage》is being draft by DOM Corporation. DOM Corporation has got certificates of High and new technology enterprise, Enterprise technology center,Engineering technical research center,New high-tech product, dozens of national patents and so on.
Cooperating with New Metallurgy Hi-Tech Group Co.,Ltd of China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group ( former Central Iron &Steel Research Institute of Metallurgical Industry Ministry), the company has set up R&D industry base of middle and high quality welded tubes, which makes the company the first national R&D and production industry base of hi-tech and professional high quality precision welded tubes. Therefore, we have realized firstly reform of traditional welded tube production process in China, changed production and development model, and realized high-efficiency, energy-saving and emission-reduction in full production process to replace gradually labour-intensive low and medium pressure seamless tube of high-cost, energy-dissipation, pollution and long production cycle. People-orienting, manufacturing low-carbon and assured steel tube is the eternal theme of development for the company.
